  • Create detailed wedding itinerary for ceremony and reception 2-4 weeks before wedding

  • Attendance at wedding rehearsal (non-weekend, if applicable)

  • Set up of: ceremony decor, reception decor, favors, table cards, menu cards, seating chart, etc

  • Mediates relationship with photographer, cake designer, venue, DJ, etc

  • Assuring your day is carried out as you planned!

Gold Wedding Package

Partial Wedding Planning & Day of Coordination

 

For couples who need help researching and contacting vendors for:

 

venue, decor, floral, or require assistance completing

pre-wedding duties.

Includes:​

  • 8 hours of pre-wedding assistance (includes meetings, research or execution of small tasks)​

  • 10 hours of continuous service with 2 wedding coordinators onsite

  • Begin contact and vendor management from 6 weeks before wedding

  • Create detailed wedding itinerary for ceremony and reception 2-4 weeks before wedding

  • Attendance at wedding rehearsal (non-weekend, if applicable)
